The San Diego Chargers have fallen flat completely throughout the last month.  Despite a nice victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers recently, they've crumbled and the Norv Turner era will be coming to an end after Week 17. The Chargers had the potential to definitely make the playoffs in the weak AFC and perhaps even win the division, but Philip Rivers and the rest of the team did not perform well at all this season.
