Searching For Tickets
How do I search for tickets?

You can search for tickets using one of three ways.

  1. Type the event into the search box located on the Home page. A list of events will appear. Once you choose your desired event, you will be directed to a landing page for your event, where you will see "Sell Tickets" and "Buy Tickets" links, in addition to relevant event information.
  2. You can also click one of the genre tabs marked "Concerts," "Sports," or "Arts & Theatre" on the Home page. These tabs will return an alphabetized list of events by genre.
  3. Or, return to the page header and click "Browse By Region." You will be directed to a map. Simply click your desired region to view a list of upcoming events.

What if I don't find the tickets I am looking for?

If you search for an event and it does not exist on Zigabid, email customer service and they will work with you to resolve the problem. If the event you search for does exist, but the specific date you are looking for does not, email customer service. If your search is successful, but there are no listed tickets for the event date you are looking for, then there are currently no tickets on the market for purchase of this particular event. Check back at a later date for updated listings.

What is the difference between buying tickets using the "Offer / Counter-Offer" and "Purchase Now" options?

If you choose to purchase tickets using our revolutionary "Offer / Counter-Offer" process, you will have the ability to offer whatever price you would like to pay for a particular set of tickets without being restricted by a seller's fixed price or minimum sale price. The "Offer / Counter-Offer" option allows buyers and sellers to transact through interaction and negotiate until they agree on the best sale price for both parties. Our interactive "Offer / Counter-Offer" tutorials will show step-by-step instructions on how to use this revolutionary option. The "Purchase Now" option requires you to purchase tickets at the fixed price sellers have listed. With "Purchase Now," no negotiation or interaction takes place between buyers and sellers. How do I buy tickets sold using the "Offer / Counter-Offer" option?
  1. Once you have searched for tickets, you will see a list of events. Tickets being sold using the "Offer / Counter-Offer" option will be listed with a pink "Make Offer" button. Those beings sold using "Purchase Now" will be listed with a gray "Purchase Now" button. When you find the tickets you want to buy, click the pink "Make Offer" button next to the listing.
  2. The "Make an Offer" page will show you current and expired offers at the bottom of the page, which can be used as a reference guide when deciding how much to offer for the tickets you want. Enter your offer amount in the "Offer Per Ticket" box. Your offer is the amount you are willing to pay per ticket. Enter the quantity of tickets that you want to buy and the duration your offer will be valid.
  3. Select your shipping method. Your shipping cost and the 10% connection fee will be automatically calculated and a total will be generated.
  4. Choose your credit card type. If you already have a credit card on file with Zigabid simply select the correct card you would like to use. If you do not have a credit card listed on our site you will be prompted to add one. To add a credit card, click the "Add a new card" link.
  5. After you have selected a payment method click to verify you have read the "Terms and Conditions" agreement and click "Make Offer."
  6. Once you have made an offer, a confirmation will appear with the details of your offer. You will also receive a confirmation email that includes your offer details.
  7. Offers can be withdrawn at anytime as long as they have not been accepted.

How can I buy tickets sold under the "Purchase Now" option?
  1. Select the gray "Purchase Now" button next to the tickets you would like to buy.
  2. Once you have been directed to the "Billing & Payment Information" tab, review your "Order Summary" and choose your shipping method. When you choose from the "Shipping Options," a subtotal will be automatically generated.
  3. Before you can confirm your purchase, you must select your credit card. If you have a credit card on file, choose the correct card and click "Continue With Existing Card." If you do not have a card on file with Zigabid, you will be prompted to add one. Once you have added you new billing information click "Continue With New Card."
  4. The "Review Order" tab will show you your billing, shipping, credit card information, and order summary for you tickets. This is your last chance to make any changes before you are charged for your order. Once you are certain that the order is correct, click "Complete Order."
  5. The "Order Confirmation" tab will show you a confirmation of your purchase as well as your order number. You can click "Print" to keep a copy of your purchase for your own records. You will also be sent an email notifying you of your purchase.

Can I negotiate a price on tickets listed as "Purchase Now?"

If you choose to buy tickets using "Purchase Now," you cannot negotiate the price, but are committed to purchasing the tickets at the seller's listed fixed price. If you have a preferred price in mind, try using our "Offer / Counter-Offer" system to make your own offers based on what you are willing to pay.

Can I make multiple offers at one time?

You may only make one offer per set of tickets at a time. Once your offer expires on a set of tickets, you are free to make your offer again on those tickets. However, you may make multiple offers on multiple sets of tickets at any given time. You can view and manage all your current offers on the "Dashboard".

Can I withdraw my offer after I have made it?

You can withdraw or edit your offer at any time provided as the seller has not accepted your offer. Once your offer has been accepted, the transaction is complete and your tickets will be shipped to you. You can manage your offers through the "Dashboard" under the "Buying and Selling" tab. Click the link under "Tickets You've Made an Offer On" and choose "My Offers" from the dropdown window next to your event selection. Click the link that says "Withdraw." You will be sent a notification email after you have confirmed your offer withdrawal.

Will I be charged fees for purchasing tickets?

When you purchase tickets on Zigabid, whether you buy them using "Offer / Counter-Offer" or "Purchase Now," you will be charged a small 10% connection fee. However, a portion of this fee is designated for our Revolution Distribution program, which gives artists, teams, and producers a share of Zigabid's resale tickets. After Making an Offer
What happens after I have made an offer?

Once you have made an offer, the seller will receive the details of your offer in a notification email. It is in the seller's best interests to respond to your offer as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, you choose how long an offer is valid. You will be notified by email when the seller responds. The seller will either:

  1. Accept your offer, payment will be generated and your tickets will be shipped.
  2. Make a counter-offer, which you can choose to accept or counter-offer. To watch our interactive "Making a Counter-Offer" tutorial, click here.
  3. Decline your offer, in which case you will need to make a different offer or search for another seller.
  4. Choose another buyer's offer, in which case you should search for another seller.
  5. Withdraw the tickets from the market, in which case you should search for another seller.
  6. Fail to respond before your offer expires, in which case you should submit another offer or search for another seller.
What happens when my offer is accepted?

When your offer has been accepted, payment will be processed and your tickets will be shipped. Keep in mind, some sellers will not have tickets in hand until a couple of weeks before the event. If you do not receive your tickets by the date of the event, please contact customer service immediately. If for any reason your credit card is declined, you will be notified by email and the tickets you are trying to purchase will remain open for other offers.

Can I contact the seller once I have made an offer to confirm?

When your tickets have been purchased, you will receive a confirmation email, and your tickets will be shipped to you. You may not contact the seller directly. If you are concerned about your order or your purchase, you can contact our customer service department at (866) ZIGABID or send an email to customer.service@zigabid.com.

Shipping
When should I expect my tickets to arrive?

If the seller has the tickets in hand when you buy them, you should expect your tickets to arrive shortly after your purchase. However, the seller has until the day before the event to ship your tickets. Many sellers with season seats will not receive physical tickets until two weeks prior to the event. If you do not receive your tickets by the date of the event, please contact customer service immediately.

Can my tickets be shipped to a P.O. box?

Zigabid uses FedEx for all shipping purposes. FedEx cannot ship to P.O. boxes.


Please note that all packages must be shipped to the billing address of the card used for purchase. This is done to deter any fraudulent purchases. In some situations we can ship to a different address. If this is the case, you can contact our customer service department at (866) ZIGABID or send an email to customer.service@zigabid.com regarding this matter.

Ticket Receipt and Guarantee
What if my tickets are fake?

If, for any reason, you receive tickets that are invalid or fraudulent, Zigabid will issue a refund for the full cost of the tickets. Please allow three weeks for a full refund.

What if my tickets never arrive?

If you do not receive your tickets by the date of the event, Zigabid will attempt to locate the tickets and ensure quick delivery. However, if the tickets cannot be located, we will fulfill your order with equivalent or superior tickets.

What if my event is rescheduled?

An event is considered rescheduled when the time and/or date of an event have been changed or modified by the artist, team, or producer. If, for any reason, the original tickets can no longer be used for entrance, you will receive modified tickets from the seller for the event. If the seller fails to ship you the tickets, please contact Zigabid and we will find replacement tickets. If the rescheduled event limits ticket availability, Zigabid will consider the event cancelled and you will receive a refund for your purchase.

What if my event is cancelled?

An event is deemed cancelled when it has been determined by Zigabid that there is no rescheduled date for the event. If an event is cancelled, you will receive an airbill from Zigabid, and must ship your tickets back to the seller within 4 weeks of receiving the airbill. When delivery of the tickets has been confirmed, you will receive a full refund for the purchase. However, if you fail to ship the tickets back within the 4-week time period, you will not receive a refund.

Can I pick up my tickets from the seller?

Since Zigabid cannot regulate the safety or delivery of ticket hand-offs, information about the buyers and sellers must remain anonymous. Tickets can only be shipped via FedEx to buyers. If there is a problem with your tickets or you are concerned about their arrival, you may contact a Zigabid customer service representative at 866-ZIGABID (866-944-2243) or email us at customer.service@zigabid.com.

Can I make multiple offers at one time?

What if I buy my tickets on the day of the event?

If your event is on the same day and you choose Same Day Shipping, please wait to be contacted by Zigabid Customer Service. Tickets will either be will called at a pickup location, or rush delievered to you. In some instances, tickets may be delivered electronically.
