Dashboard Main
What does my Dashboard do?
Your "Dashboard" gives you an overview of your activities within the site. It contains your personal information regarding sales and purchase, payments, community interaction, and account settings.
Where can I find my Dashboard?
You can access your "Dashboard" by clicking the "Dashboard" link located on the home page in the top right-hand corner or by clicking the "Dashboard" link that appears after you list, offer or purchase tickets.
Buying & Selling
What is the "Buying & Selling" section?
The "Buying & Selling" tab will show you the following information. By clicking each link you can view your pending information or take new action.
- Tickets you are currently selling
- Un-reviewed incoming offers and counter-offers
- A "List More Tickets" link to list another set of tickets
- Tickets you are currently trying to buy
What is the "Transaction History" section?
The "Transaction History" tab will show you the following information. By clicking each link, you can view your specific history.
- Sales history of how many tickets you have sold
- Purchase history of how many tickets you have purchased
What if the tickets I am buying or selling are not on my Dashboard?
If, for some reason, the tickets you have listed do not appear on your "Dashboard," double-check to make sure you have listed them or made an offer. Check your email to confirm you have received email notifications for either your listing or your offer. If you have not received an email notification, your actions may not have been executed. If you have problems viewing your tickets on the "Dashboard" or have not received your notification emails, please contact customer service at 866-ZIGABID ((866) 944-2243) or email us at customer.service@zigabid.com.
Payments
Where can I find the details of my payment history?
You can view details of your payment history on the "Payments" tab on the "Dashboard." This will show you the date, status, amount, and method of your payments.
Community
What is the "Community" section?
The "Community" tab allows you to fully oversee all your community actions:
- Photos you have submitted, ones that are awaiting approval, and a link to submit more.
- Review you have submitted, ones that are awaiting approval, and a link to submit more.
- Comments you have submitted, ones that are awaiting approval, and a link to submit more.
When will my photos, reviews, or comments be approved?
You can expect your photos, reviews, or comments to be approved within 24-48 hours. If something you have submitted is not approved, you will be notified by email.
How do I remove a photo, comment, or review after I have already posted it?
You may remove postings by going to the "Community" tab on the "Dashboard" and clicking the link to the posting you have submitted. Under "Action," choose "Delete" from the dropdown window to remove your posting.
Is there a limit to the amount of photos/comments/reviews I can post on Zigabid?
You are encouraged to post as many photos, event reviews, and comments as you would like; however all must be approved before they are posted. These postings can earn you Z-Rewards points which can serve as a credit on Zigabid. To read more about our Z-Rewards program, click here.
Profile
What is the "Profile" section?
The "Profile" section of the "Dashboard" provides a summary of your personal account information and settings. The profile section is divided into four sub-sections:
- The "Personal Information" section allows you to manage your name and location settings, your email address, and password settings.
- The "Financial Information" section allows you to manage you credit cards and billing information.
- The "Notification Settings" section allows you to manage your email and mobile notification settings for favorite events and events you are currently watching.
- The "Z-Rewards" section shows your current point total and points you have available to redeem.
