How do I pay for my tickets?
If you have purchased tickets using the "Purchase Now" option, enter your billing information if you have not already saved your credit card information to your profile. Click "Save Profile." On the "Billing & Payment" tab, choose a shipping method. You may choose from FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2Day shipping. Choose the credit card you would like to pay with. In the box on the right hand side of the page review your "Order Summary" and make sure the tickets you are paying for are the correct set you would like to buy. When you have finished, click "Continue." On the "Review Order" tab, double check your billing, shipping, and order information. Click "Complete Order" to complete the transaction. You may print a copy of your "Order Confirmation" for your own records.
Can I contact the seller once I have made an offer to confirm?
When your tickets have been purchased, you will receive a confirmation email, and your tickets will be shipped to you. You may not contact the seller directly. If you are concerned about your order or your purchase, you can contact our customer service department at (866) ZIGABID or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Zigabid customer service occasionally contacts customers in an effort to maintain excellent customer relations and confirm no contact has been made between buyers and sellers or solicitations received.
How will I know if someone purchases my tickets?
If you accept an offer on a set of tickets, the tickets will be purchased by the buyer. If a buyer accepts your counter-offer, you will be sent a notification email and the buyer's payment will be processed.
When will I receive payment for my sales?
You will be mailed a check for the total amount of your sales since the previous payment the Thursday after Zigabid receives delivery confirmation on the tickets sold.
What if I don't receive my check?
If, for any reason, you do not receive an expected check, please contact our customer service department immediately at 866-ZIGABID (866-944.2243) or email us at email@example.com.
