Do I need to be registered to use Zigabid.com?
You must be registered in order to buy or sell tickets on Zigabid. However, our registration process is quick and easy. Watch our interactive "Registration" tutorial to get step-by-step instructions on how to create your own Zigabid account. Once you have an account with Zigabid, you can begin buying and selling tickets, interacting with fellow buyers and sellers, and earning Z-Rewards points!
How do I register on Zigabid?
- To register click the "Registration" link on the Home page. The link is located at the top right hand corner of the page header.
- In the "Create Your Account" section, fill in your first and last name, and your email address. Your email address is your username. Choose and confirm a password. Your password must be a minimum of six characters with one capital letter, one lower case letter and one number. Make sure your passwords match. Enter your zip code and select your country. Click the box to verify that you have read the Terms and Conditions. Type in the security characters and click "Submit."
- You will then see a screen stating that an account activation letter has been sent to your email address. The link in the email will direct you to the account activation page. Enter your user name and password. The activation code should be pre-populated.
- Once you have clicked the link in your email, your account will be activated, you will be directed to the "Dashboard," and you can begin using the site!
Why am I getting an error message when I am trying to register?
If an error message appears when you try to submit your registration, you have most likely entered an invalid username or password. If your username is taken, please choose another username. Your password must be a minimum of 6 characters. Once you have re-entered your information, click "Submit." How do I login to Zigabid?
To login click the "Login" link located at the top of the page header and enter your username and password. If you have entered your user name or password incorrectly an error message will appear. If you have not yet created an account you will need to select the "Registration" link on the Home page to create your account.
What if I forget my username or password?
If you have forgotten your username or password, select the "Forgot Your Password" link. Then enter your email address and click "Continue." Your username and password will be sent to your email address.
